The Yorkville Highlands Vineyards are located in the pristine Yorkville Highlands Appellation in Mendocino County
Vineyards are established on 116± acres with an additional 24.5± acres plantable. The vineyards were planted between 1999 and 2004. There is a 183± acre non-plantable parcel that may be broken out and sold separately. Buildings on the property include three single level ranch-style homes ranging from 660± to 2,048± square feet, a 792± square-foot barn, a 2,400± square foot workshop designed for vineyard operations, and a 440± square-foot shed for additional storage.
